"IT" staff to monitor ozone levels

This Conservative government is getting more ridiculous with each passing day. With the forced retirement and layoffs of environmental scientists the Harper government has appointed an Information Technologist (IT) techie to monitor the ozone layer. Scientist around the World are stunned ..... every Canadian should be appalled by this action.
