How about mandating a whoop whoop that engages any time you attempt a turn without signalling.Turning off the alarm and your four way flashing lights would require opening the gas tank flap and punching in a pin.A permanent record of these events would appear next to your odometer and would be available to your insurer.Cheers, EB
