They fabricate rules, invent laws but fail to set up any checks and balances to ensure that their fantasies are properly managed.
It is not just Canadians who pay the price for the Harper governments stupidity.... the Temporary Foreign Worker does as well.
Anger amongst Canadians is growing and I fear that the anger may manifest itself into discrimination against a group of foreign workers who, through no fault of their own, are being used and abused because of a governments failure to monitor and manage a program that they, the Conservatives, failed to set up properly.

Canadian waitresses lose jobs to foreign workers
Sandy Nelson can't fight back the tears as she talks about losing her long-term serving job to temporary foreign workers.
"How can that be right, that they're not Canadians? I'm a Canadian," said Nelson, 58, who worked at Brothers Classic Grill and Pizza [previously called El Rancho] in Weyburn, Sask., for 28 years.
"How can it be that I'm the one out looking for a job and they're the ones that are still employed?"
In March, she and all the staff received letters from the three brothers who own the restaurant.
She says about half of the workers were Canadians. The other half were temporary foreign workers.
"Due to changes in operations we are currently discharging all of our staff," the letter says.
