I need your help !!

My wife feeds the birds & squirrels in our back yard.
Yesterday she says to me,

"the squirrels have been chewing on my nuts"

Last night on a TV show, taking place at a bowling ally
an extremely tall woman says,

"I need bigger holes for my balls"

Ok..... I know I'm old now, and probably not up to date
on all the changes happening in the world, but.....
my question is: 

 

Since when did women's bodies change ????

Is this some thing recent, like Caitlin Jenner ???
